Responsibilities:
- Provide a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, and wraps, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assess guests’ needs and recommend suitable treatments based on their preferences and health conditions.
- Perform spa treatments with proficiency, utilizing various techniques and products to enhance guests’ well-being.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and common areas of the spa.
- Communicate effectively with guests, providing information about treatments, products, and spa services.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive and pleasant experience.
- Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to guests, maximizing sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments, appointments, and client preferences.
- Collaborate with other spa team members to create a harmonious and supportive work environment.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new techniques, and products in the spa and wellness industry.
Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification: Class 10 passed and above.
- Age limit: 18 to 35 years.
- Proficiency in English language is required.
- Prior experience in a similar role or relevant spa training/certifications is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for providing exceptional spa experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
