Job Summary: We are currently seeking skilled and passionate Chefs and Cooks to join our team in South Korea. As a Chef or Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious and high-quality Indian food, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to culinary standards. Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, following traditional recipes and culinary techniques.
  • Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of food meets the highest standards.
  • Plan menus, estimate food requirements, and order supplies as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, minimizing waste and ensuring freshness of ingredients.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations during peak hours.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes, special dishes, and seasonal menus.
  • Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest culinary trends, techniques, and innovations.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of cost control measures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum educational qualification: Class 12 passed and above.
  • Age limit: 21 to 35 years.
  • Certificate of completion of cooking education for at least 6 months related to Indian food.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant, specializing in Indian cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian spices, flavors, and cooking methods.
  • Excellent culinary skills and creativity in developing new dishes.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional food quality.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
